These are amazing. They help me slept and improve my mood.
I have been using the patches for about 2 weeks and I am happy with them so far. They stay on and don't move and they are still easy to remove. My D3 has been very low for years and I have had no luck with oral supplements. I seem to be sensitive to the D3 from sheep lanolin for some strange reason, (could be due to the source or extraction process) it seems to interfere with my sleep. I can't use any dairy with added D3 (almost all of it) that is from sheep. These patches seem to be working because my sleep has improved. I will have my D3 tested in a couple of months to see of my levels improve and to make my doctor happy.

Place on a clean, dry and hair-free part of your body. It’s best to put AKALO D3 on after showering in the morning and keep it on until the next day.
